This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of the date stated on the attached Order Form (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between lessor Kespry Inc. (“Kespry”), a California corporation with its principal place of business at 4040 Campbell Ave, Menlo Park, CA 94025 USA and the lessee specified in the attached Order Form (“Customer”), for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions by which Kespry will provide to Customer Kespry’s solution that allows businesses to plan flights, capture aerial data, and view high-resolution maps, known as the Kespry Drone System (“System”), as such system is further described on the Order Form. In consideration of the mutual obligations specified in this Agreement, and any fees paid to Kespry hereunder, the parties agree to the following:
