The parties are entering this Joint Agreement pursuant to W.S. § 16-1-105. Campbell County Hospital District (CCH) and Campbell County School District (CCSD) are entering into this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the provision of physical heath and behavioral health (mental health and substance abuse) services to the students of Campbell County School District ages Pre-K through 12th Grade, and their siblings, in a school- based health clinic (SBHC) from May 1, 2020, through August 31, 2030 unless earlier terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein; the parties agree to allocate their independent duties for the purposes of operating the clinic.
