AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO ANDEDGEWOOD CENTER FOR CHILDEN AND FAMILIES THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and EDGEWOOD CENTER FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for Kinship Support Services Program (KSSP) on June 22, 2010, Resolution Number 070868, in the amount of $488,227 for the term of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to reduce funding in the FY 2010-11 Agreement by $46,823 or a new reduced obligation of $441,404 to meet the state allocation reduction and the funding reduction of Net County Cost.; and WHEREAS, additionally, the
