IMPORTANT—BY OPENING THE PACKAGE FOR THE FLOMIO DEVELOPER’S KIT (“FDK”) AND/OR USING THE CONTENTS THEREOF, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”).
