Meridian Street, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204, KITE REALTY GROUP TRUST, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), having its principal executive office located at 30 S. Meridian Street, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (the “Trustee”), supplements that certain Indenture, dated as of September 26, 2016, by and between the Operating Partnership and the Trustee (the “Base Indenture,” and together with this First Supplemental Indenture, the “Indenture”).
