This Knowledge Base Named User Agreement (the Agreement) is between Innovative Industries Pty Limited, trading as Intermedium, ABN 22 008 568 492 of Level 2, Suite 202, 160 Pacific Highway, North Sydney, New South Wales, 2060 (Intermedium) and the Named User for access to Intermedium’s Knowledge Base as described at www.intermedium.com.au/products/knowledge-base (the Service), and is effective once the payment process is complete.
