This Kong Customer Agreement is entered into by and between Kong Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 77 Geary Street, Suite 630, San Francisco, CA 94018 and the purchaser or user of the Products that accepts the terms of this Agreement. “Kong,” “we,” and “us,” refers to Kong Inc. “Customer,” “you” and “your” refers to the person, company or other legal entity entering into this Agreement with Kong.
