The club Name of club national ID no Club ID number , hereinafter referred to as club, and Name of player, the club’s player, national ID no Player ID number hereinafter referred to as player, enter into the following agreement, cf. KSI Regulations on player transfers, contract and status of players and clubs. This contract is valid from Start date to End date (Date). Note, a player contract can never cover a shorter period than one season and all contracts must expire during the period 16 October-31 December.
