This is an agreement between you and the Kissing Tree Master Community, Inc. (KTMC). In addition to the terms below, it specifically incorporates as though restated in full herein the Terms of Use established by Kissing Tree Master Community, Inc. Board of Directors and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Kissing Tree”) including all of the rights granted to Kissing Tree.
