THIS KURTZ VOTING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 25, 2006 by and among PALIGENT INC., a Delaware corporation (“Paligent”), INTERNATIONAL FIGHT LEAGUE, INC., a Delaware corporation (“IFL”) and Richard J.
