This Zuora Labs License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Zuora, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 3050 South Delaware St., Suite 301, San Mateo, CA 94403 USA (“Zuora”) and you or the entity you represent (“Licensee” or “you”). If you are entering this agreement on behalf of your employer or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to legally bind such entity. The terms “you” and “Licensee” shall refer jointly and severally, to you individually and any entity on whose behalf you act. The terms of this Agreement are limited to this subject matter and will not affect any other agreement between Zuora and you, your employer, or any other company.
