This AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 15th day of July 2020, by and between the COUNTY OF LANCASTER (hereinafter the “County”) a third class county of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with an address of 150 North Queen Street, Lancaster, PA 17603, and the LANCASTER COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER
