This Land and Tower Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") made this day of ______, 2018, between Pueblo West Metropolitan District, a Colorado special district, with its principal offices located at 109 E Industrial Blvd, Pueblo West, CO 81007, hereinafter designated LESSOR and CommNet Cellular Inc. d/b/a Verizon Wireless with its principal offices at One Verizon Way, Mail Stop 4AW100, Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920, hereinafter designated LESSEE. LESSOR and LESSEE are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the "Parties" or individually as the "Party."
