ITEM 1Premises The whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 6233 Folio 754 being the area delinated in blue/pink outline in Annexure A – Site Plan Known as: Williamstown Community RSL Hall ITEM 2Initial Term 42 years commencing on 20 January 2022 (Commencement Date) and expiring at midnight on 19 January 2064 (Dates to be confirmed) ITEM 3New Term Purustant to Section 202 4(a) of the Local Government Act a new lease maybe granted at the expiration of the Initial Term on conditions to be agreed by the parties at that time with the intent that a further 42-year lease be considered. ITEM 4Rent $10 per annum (exclusive of GST) to be invoiced annually should Council call for the rent. ITEM 5Review Dates Council provides the Lessee the option of reviewing the Lease on conclusion of the 5th and 10th year of the Intital Term, being 19 January 2027 and 19 January 2032 or on other timeframes mutually agreed by the Parties.Any alterations to the Lease will need to be finalised,
