This Contract to provide landfill gas (LFG) services at North Region Landfills, hereinafter referred to as ("Contract") is effective by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (the “County”) and SCS Field Services (“Contractor”), with a place of business at 3900 Kilroy Airport Way, Suite 100, Long Beach, CA 90806. County and Contractor are sometimes individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
