*If Landlord requests 3 or more Single Family Residential Units to receive Service, then a Twenty Percent (20%) discount per month for each Single Family Residential Unit receiving the Service. These service rates include one Optical Network Terminal and Gateway installed at each Single Family Residential Unit and one public IP address. Resident will be responsible for providing an Ethernet switch if connecting more than four wired devices.

* If 60% of Residential Units at the Premises receive the Services, then Landlord receives a 10% discount on regular monthly rates for the Service; if 80% of the Residential Units at the Premises receive the Service, then the Landlord receives a 15% discount on the regular monthly rates for the Service and if 100% of the Residential Units at the Premises receive the Service, then the Landlord receives a 20% discount on the regular rates for the Service. These service rates include one Optical Network Terminal and Gateway installed at each Residential Unit and one public IP ad- dress per unit. The Resident will be responsible for providing an Ethernet switch if connecting more than four wired devices.
