NOTICE: These rules and regulations are being given to assist in explaining Landlord’s policies and requirements. From time to time Landlord, at its discretion, may amend these rules and regulations for the purposes for which they were adopted. Tenant agrees to comply with these rules and regulations as they may be amended. Any Exceptions or waivers must be authorized by Landlord in writing. These rules and regulations are in addition to any provisions as written in the Residential Lease Agreement.
EXHIBIT “A”Landlord's Rules and Regulations • January 9th, 2013
These Rules and Regulations are hereby incorporated into and made a part of the Lease between Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P. (“Landlord”) and the undersigned Resident. These Rules and Regulations supersede and replace any Rules and Regulations that may have been previously provided to Resident. Capitalized terms herein have the same meaning as set forth in the Lease. Landlord may change these Rules and Regulations at any time upon written notice to Resident.
