The Special Provisions apply to all Contracts, Agreements and Purchase Orders. All Contracts, Agreements and Purchase Orders shall be referred to in the following provisions as “Contract”. These Special Provisions shall supersede any provision within the Contract that either expressly or implicitly conflicts or alters these Special Provisions.
