No refunds will be processed if client refuses to expand from said area. Once a campaign has started, your “full order” will be done in that care/campaign. If you are a recurring customer, we cannot credit for duplicate leads you may have received from previous runs. We have no way to track your leads or scrub for duplicates and should be the simple cost of doing business. However, we always look at any credit requests on a case by case basis.
