THIS LEAD MANAGEMENT PROGRAM DEALER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") IS BETWEEN YOU, AN AUTHORIZED INFINITI DEALER ("DEALER") AND NISSAN NORTH AMERICA, INC. ("NNA"). BY CLICKING ON THE "I ACCEPT" BOX, DEALER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS AGREED TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT DEALER HAS AGREED TO BECOME A PARTY TO, AND LEGALLY BOUND BY, THIS AGREEMENT. IF DEALER DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT CLICK ON THE "I ACCEPT" BOX.
