In consideration for and as an inducement to Lessor entering into foregoing Lease with Resident therein named, the undersigned (“Guarantors”), do hereby absolutely, unconditionally and irrevocably guarantee to Lessor, its successors and assigns, the full payment, performance and observance by Resident of all the covenants, obligations, conditions and agreement in said Lease provided to be paid, performed and observed by Resident for the entire term of said Lease, including any extensions or renewals thereof. Guarantors expressly agree that the validity of this Guarantee and the obligations of the Guarantors hereunder shall in no way be terminated, affected or impaired by reason of the bankruptcy of Resident or the assertion by Lessor against Resident of any of the rights or remedies reserved to Lessor pursuant to the provisions of Lease.
