This Lease, by and between THE COMMISSIONERS OF ST. MICHAELS, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland (the Town) and the ST. MICHAELS UTILITIES COMMISSION (the Utilities Commission) (hereinafter collectively referred to as St. Michaels) and DELMARVA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of Delaware and Virginia and authorized to do business in Maryland (Delmarva).
