This Leasehold Improvement Agreement shall set forth the terms and conditions relating to the construction of the County improvements in the Premises. This Leasehold Improvement Agreement is essentially organized chronologically and addresses the issues of the construction of the Premises, in sequence, as such issues will arise during the actual construction of the Premises. All references in this Leasehold Improvement Agreement to Paragraphs or Sections of the “Lease” shall mean the relevant portion of that certain Office Lease to which this Leasehold Improvement Agreement is attached as Exhibit “B” and of which this Leasehold Improvement Agreement forms a part, and all references in the Lease to Sections of “Leasehold Improvement Agreement” shall mean the relevant portion of this Leasehold Improvement Agreement and all references in this Leasehold Improvement Agreement to Section of this Leasehold Improvement Agreement shall mean the relevant portion of this Leasehold Improvement Agr
