The persons reserving the park shall abide by all applicable Federal and State Laws, and all Village of Kent City ordinances, including those pertaining to noise/public nuisances and the park closing at sundown. The reservation is for the pavilion only. The play equipment is to be shared with any other persons in the park and all picnic tables located under the trees are for other visitors to use. No motorized vehicles are permitted outside of the designated parking area.
