By placing an order with NI, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. NI EXPRESSLY OBJECTS TO AND REJECTS ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN CUSTOMER’S PURCHASE ORDER OR OTHER SIMILAR DOCUMENT.
