Thank you for agreeing to give the guest lecture described above (“the Lecture”) at the University of Southampton (“the University”). The University wishes to record or permit third parties to record the Lecture on its behalf. The recording will generally only last for the duration of the Lecture, unless you have also agreed to be interviewed as part of the process in which case the interviews will form part of the recordings. The University would like to be able to use the recordings made or any part of them (“the Production”) for the Purpose as defined below.

In accordance with federal regulations and the University Policy Statement, “Audio Recording of Class Lectures,” which is set forth in full on the back of this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to use the recordings of any class lecture exclusively for my individual educational use and study. I agree not to share these recordings with any individual who is not associated with Disability Resource Services, or a member of the class section noted below without the prior written consent of my instructor. I further agree not to hinder my instructor’s ability to obtain a copyright.
