Sierra Wireless Inc., on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates (“Sierra Wireless”) will allow you to download, install and use Legato on the condition that you accept all of the terms of this Agreement. By downloading, installing and/or using Legato, you, as licensee of the Sierra Wireless Legato (“Licensee”), indicate that you have read, understood and accepted the provisions of this Agreement, and that you have authority to enter into this Agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of the legal entity that you represent. Sierra Wireless and Licensee are collectively referred to as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party".
