This Advertising Audit Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by LegitScript, LLC (“LegitScript”) and merchant (the “Applicant”). Applicant requests that LegitScript conduct an Advertising Audit on Applicant’s behalf. Applicant and LegitScript agree to be bound by this Agreement. If Applicant fails to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, LegitScript may decline to provide services under the Agreement.
