This agreement is made on the date set forth in the box below by and between the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development, and the Approved Lender (as defined in the Glossary of Terms set forth in Exhibit A below) named in the box below and hereinafter referred to as “User.” Unless noted, the term “System” will refer to both the Guaranteed Annual Fees (GAF) System and the Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) System (as defined in the Glossary of Terms).
