, a licensed Retailer in the State of Mississippi, to offer for resale any Factory-Built homes that have been repossessed by our agency. The Retailer, named above and by signature below, confirms possession of all the liability insurance and bonding policies required for licensure. Additionally, the Retailer understands that this agreement can be terminated at any time without cause by this agency. A notification of the termination of this agreement will be forwarded by each party to the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
