This Lens Spaces Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between Mirantis, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices at 900 E. Hamilton Ave., Suite 650, Campbell, CA 95008, USA (“Mirantis”) and the Customer who accepted the Lens Spaces Terms of Service available at https://www.mirantis.com/company/agreements/, as updated from time to time between Customer and Mirantis (the “Agreement”).
