Heer Sarees, having its registered office at 2112, ATM, Ring Road, Opp. Hospital, Surat - 395002, Gujarat, India, acting through its authorized representative Mr. Karnaveer Solgama, a Company/Proprietorship Firm/Partnership Firm (here in after referred to as "Seller"/"Merchant" which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include all its successors and permitted assigns of the FIRST PART.
