WHEREAS, reference is made to the Water Services Agreements listed on Exhibit A-1 (the “Water Service Agreements”) between EQT Production Company, Rice Drilling B LLC and/or certain affiliated entities (collectively, “Customer”), and EQM Gathering Opco, LLC, and/or certain affiliated entities (“Service Provider”).
