We refer to the Letter of Offer and Written Agreement signed by You on «dateofAgreement» detailing the terms and conditions on which Your Student was enrolled in the Victorian Government’s International Student Program (the Agreement). We are proposing to vary the Agreement as detailed below to acknowledge that, to support the ongoing education of international students during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Victorian government schools are now offering online learning in Terms 3 and 4, 2021 and Terms 1 and 2, 2022 for some enrolled offshore international students.
