, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between State Industries, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (the “Company”), being a wholly owned subsidiary of A.O. Smith Corporation, a Delaware corporation (A.O. Smith), and the Town of Ashland City, Tennessee, a municipal corporation of the State of Tennessee (“Town”). A.O. Smith joins in this Agreement for the purpose set out in Section 2220.
