This Lexia Application End User License Agreement (“License”) is a contract between you, the individual completing the order for access to use of the products, materials and/or services described below (“Licensee”), and Lexia Learning Systems LLC (“Lexia” or “Licensor”) and governs Licensee’s use of the Lexia products, materials, and/or services. The license granted hereunder is conditioned upon Licensee’s acceptance of the terms set forth herein. Licensee and Lexia are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
