This Agreement for Library Support Services and Membership in the Yavapai Library Network (hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement”) is made and entered into July 1, 2019, by and between the Yavapai County Free Library District, a special taxing subdivision of the State of Arizona (hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT”), and Prescott Valley Public Library, by and through the Town of Prescott Valley, a(n) Arizona municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “MEMBER LIBRARY”). DISTRICT and MEMBER LIBRARY may each be referred to individually as a “Party” or “party,” and collectively as the “Parties” or “parties.”
