Explanation: This is a legally binding Licence for the Student to occupy an allocated room the (“Room”) in the Student Accommodation premises. This Licence Agreement is between Student Accommodation Maynooth (“SAM”) and the student (“Student”). Parents/Guardians are required to sign a Guarantee. This is not a private residential tenancy or a lease, and the provisions of the Private Residential Tenancies Act 2004 (as amended) do not apply to this Licence.
