It is expressly acknowledged that there is no representation or assurance by Bare Oaks to the Occupant(s) that this license will be renewed annually and absent any written agreement of renewal of this license for any period, the Occupant(s) shall vacate the Site at the end of the term. The Occupant(s) further acknowledge(s) that this license is only available to members in good standing and that this license will immediately terminate upon loss of membership.
