This Licensing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding agreement entered into as of April 6, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Rubic One Health (“Rubic”), a South African company with registration number: 2022/710511/07, and Dyadic International (USA), Inc., a Delaware corporation, having a place of business at 140 Intracoastal Pointe Drive, Suite 404, Jupiter, FL 33477-5094, USA (including its affiliates, “Dyadic”).
