This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“you” or “Customer”) and the publisher between Aricoma Enterprise Applications s.r.o., ID: 08526541, registered office: Vinohradská 1511/230, Strašnice, 100 00 Praha 10, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 320427, (“Publisher”) from which you are procuring Offerings (defined below) and governs your use of Offerings purchased through Azure Marketplace and AppSource Marketplace (collectively, “Marketplace”).
