This Collaboration, License Option and Exclusive License Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of February 29, 2016 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between CTX Technology, Inc. Each of CTX and Zomedica may be referred to herein as a “Party” or together as “Parties”.
