This End User License, Software and Support Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of the Effective Date (as defined below), is by and between Tryon Solutions, Inc., a North Carolina corporation (“Tryon”) and the Customer named in the applicable Order (“Customer”). Tryon and Customer may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
