THIS LICENSE, SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT is made as of May 22, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between ELITE PHARMACEUTICALS, INC. and ELITE LABORATORIES, INC., Nevada corporations located at 165 Ludlow Avenue, Northvale, New Jersey 07647 (collectively, “ELITE”), and GLENMARK PHARMACEUTICALS INC., USA, a Delaware corporation located at 750 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, New Jersey 07430 (“GLENMARK”).
