This Digital Photo License Agreement (this, “Agreement”) is valid as of the date and time of purchase (the, “Effective Date”) from noahlangphotography.com (the, “Site”) by and among/ between ‘Noah Lang Photography LLC’ (the/ this, “Photographer/ Corporation/ Corporation’s”) and the Site customer as defined by the legal name and address of the ʻPayment/ Billing Address’ checkout page form on the Site (the, “Client/ Client’s/ You”).
