This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority ("Licensor"), a political subdivision of the State of Texas organized and existing under Chapter 451, Texas Transportation Code, whose address is 2910 E. Fifth St., Austin, TX 78702 and the CITY OF LEANDER ("Licensee"), a home rule municipal corporation, whose address is 105 N. Brushy St., Leander, Texas 78641 (collectively the "Parties").
