This Addendum addresses amended and additional terms to be included into the Licensed Product and Services Agreement (the “Agreement”). Except as set forth in this Addendum, the Agreement, including the Quote #Q-217704-8, is unaffected and shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. If there is conflict between this Addendum and the Agreement, the terms of this Addendum will prevail.

IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST RETURN THE LICENSED PRODUCT TO POWERSCHOOL WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF RECEIPT. BY INSTALLING AND USING THE LICENSED PRODUCT AS PERMITTED BY THIS LICENSE OR ORDERING SERVICES (AS DEFINED BELOW), YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
