This Funding Agreement dated as of September 30, 2013 is entered into between the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (“MLSC”), an independent public instrumentality of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Commonwealth”) established pursuant to Chapter 23I of the Massachusetts General Laws, and Arch Therapeutics, Inc. (“Recipient”), a Nevada corporation, having its principal office and place of business at One Broadway, 14th floor, Cambridge, MA 02142.
