THIS AGREEMENT, which is effective on May 20, 2020, is made by and between RIVULET MEDIA, INC., a Delaware corporation, and/or its assignee ("Producer") and Joseph M. Arpaio ("Owner") concerning the Owner's life story. (Owner and Producer shall be referred to hereinafter collectively as the "Parties.") The following terms and conditions shall apply:

This agreement is made by and between the life story rights owner (“Owner”) and (“Producer”), producer of the student film tentatively entitled (“Motion Picture”), a production of the Florida State University College of Motion Picture Arts (“College”). This Agreement shall bind the parties hereto upon its execution and shall become effective upon the date signed below.
