This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs the use of Liferay Portal Enterprise Edition, Free Liferay Subscription Apps (as defined below) and Liferay Labs Apps software including any related updates, upgrades, versions, appearance, source code, structure, organization, Documentation (as defined below) and application programming interfaces (collectively, the “Software”), regardless of the delivery mechanism.
